Campus Event Notice:

At Transylvania, your safety is paramount. During this time, we are taking extra precautions to keep you and your family, as well as our faculty, staff and students, safe. 

As of August 5, 2021, masks are required in common and public spaces inside buildings for all faculty, staff, students and visitors to campus regardless of vaccination status in response to the current public health situation and COVID-19 critical incidence rate in Fayette County. Fully vaccinated individuals may remove their mask in a personal office or meeting space while alone or when separated by six feet of distance. Please make sure you and your guests bring a mask or face covering with you for your event experience; if not, one will be provided for you. 

Each registration is limited to one student registrant plus one family guest. Family guests are defined as a member of a primary household who are not expected to meet the six-foot-social distancing guidelines. Guests outside the student's primary household are not permitted to attend at this time.

This event is limited to 40 total guests. Waitlist registration will be available for all events in the event registration capacity is reached.
