Health Notice:

Following the recommendations of Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear related to large gatherings due to the Coronavirus, we will be canceling all on-campus visits indefinitely. We will update this page with information regarding visits as new information unfolds.

We are delighted that you plan to visit Transy! Pictures can show you our beautiful campus, but they only tell part of the story. Visiting is the only way to get a true feel for the spirit of our campus.

What to Expect

The daily campus visit experience includes:

  • A 90-minute walking tour of campus with a student admissions ambassador, and
  • A 30-minute admissions session with an admissions counselor
  • A one-of-a-kind Transy t-shirt and lanyard

Many optional activities are also available to add to your visit experience, including visiting a class and meeting with a coach. Class visits are available September through April with exceptions for observed academic holidays and breaks. Tours and class visits are also unavailable the week of March 9-13 due to Spring Break and April 14-17 for final exams.

How to Schedule

On the calendar below, select a preferred date and time and fill out the form when prompted. Please note that your arrival time may vary from the tour time you select based on the custom visit options you choose and the availability of our admissions and student staff. Prior to your visit, you will receive an itinerary email that will detail your arrival time and full schedule. 

Additional Notes

We request a minimum of two days notice of your intended date to visit to prepare your schedule. Please know that each individual schedule is handcrafted by our staff and personalized for you and your family. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

We ask that if you are unable to attend a scheduled visit to please contact the office prior to your scheduled arrival and notify our staff of your change of plans. Thank you!
