      Register for an Overnight Visit

      Health Notice:

Following the recommendations of Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear related to large gatherings due to the Coronavirus, we will be canceling all overnight visits for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.

Please check back in Fall 2020 for updates about future overnight visit opportunities.

For more information and updates related to our university's response to COVID-19, please visit our health updates at transy.edu.

Nothing can quite show you what life is like on our campus - you have to live it. And at Transy, we give you that chance! Walk in the shoes of a Pioneer for 24 hours by registering for an overnight visit.

Overnight visits give high school seniors and juniors the chance to sleep in our beds, eat in our cafeteria, visit our classes and chat with our professors, while also experiencing the visit basics — such as touring campus and meeting with your counselor. It's the most all-inclusive visit we offer to students.

      What to Expect
      The overnight visit experience includes:
      • A free meal the night you arrive,
      • A comfortable overnight stay with an student overnight host in a Tempur-pedic bed,
      • Free breakfast the following morning,
      • A 90-minute walking tour of campus with a student admissions ambassador,
      • A 30-minute admissions session with an admissions counselor, and
      • A class visit

Many optional activities are also available to add to your visit experience, including meeting with a coach or faculty/staff member. Please visit the M/W/F Class List or the T/Th Class List to view the types of classes available on your selected day. You will visit class the day after your overnight, so make sure you view the appropriate class list.  Not all classes are offered each day at the time you may select.

Please note that your arrival time may vary based on the custom visit options you choose and the availability of our admissions and student staff.
